Enfield’s hat-trick of qualified coaches

Enfield Water Polo Club’s stable of qualified coaches continues to grow after the recent successes of Martin Ilievski and Rob Threadgold.

The duo excelled during a level one water polo coaching course, which was held at Hillingdon, and both passed with flying colours.

Martin and Rob are now looking forward to passing on their knowledge to the junior and senior squads on Mondays at QE Boys, Barnet, Wednesdays at Southgate Leisure Centre, and Fridays at Waltham Forest.

Head coach Martin Waller said, “It’s great to now have three fully qualified water polo coaches at Enfield.

“With the club continuing to grow, it’s important we have the right personnel on the poolside who can help the juniors and seniors progress even more.

“Having three qualified water polo coaches is a first for the club and reflects the ambition we have for all our competitive teams.”
